Meet Will
Will is an engineer-turned-entrepreneur with a passion for streamlining clunky processes. Will grew up in southern New Hampshire and graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Meet Alexa
Alexa grew up between Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, graduating from Boston University. She got her start in market research, working with tech companies, politicians, and Fortune 100s to identify winning language strategies. Her research took the couple all over the globe, before they settled together in Massachusetts where they’re raising their two children.
Early in their marriage, Will and Alexa realized their skills (his in numbers: financials, projections, and deal-making, hers in strategy, intuition, and following market trends) were complementary. Alexa likes the big picture, Will likes the details. Both like taking big swings.
After purchasing their first rental property in 2015, they began building a real estate portfolio based primarily on mobile home parks. They currently own about 150 units in Massachusetts and Vermont.
In 2022, they decided to take a bigger swing: buying an existing business. It took multiple offers, going under contract three times in six months before purchasing Tiger Dumpsters, with each due diligence process serving as a crash-course in small businesses. They acquired a larger dumpster service business in 2025 and merged the two, which they manage together along with their real estate holdings.
Outside of their work as small business owners, you’ll often find Will and Alexa walking their cavapoo, reading, puzzling, and doing crosswords, or visiting a playground or museum with their kids.
